Improving the relationship with your brain
“Neurodiversity” is an umbrella term for the natural variation in cognitive wiring and processing styles of the human brain. The spectrum of neurodiversity is vast, including conditions such as ASD, ADHD and even dyslexia! These differences in wiring are just that: differences. Differences often come with struggles, but these struggles are not deficits.
Your brain works differently- you know this. Unfortunately, the world is not built for the neurodiverse (though some could argue it was built BY the neruodiverse…) therefore, we need strategies and systems to manage our day to day. Whether you are a student, a caregiver or just trying your best in the world, I am here for you. We can learn to utilize your unique strengths to build bridges across your struggles. Your brain is important, beautiful and worthy of a challenge.
